health-tech tools—everything from online consultations and pharmacy e-commerce to

elder-care dashboards and integrated HRMS/PMS modules.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer skilled in the MERN stack and GraphQL to

join our remote team. You’ll own end-to-end development of features that directly impact patient

experience and operational efficiency, including:

● Patient Management portals

● Online Consultation workflows (secure video & chat)

● Pharmacy E-commerce storefronts

● Home Elder-Care Dashboards

● Backend APIs (booking, alerts, HRMS/PMS integration)

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development
  • Build scalable web and mobile functionality using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js,

  • Design and maintain RESTful endpoints and GraphQL services for bookings, consultations, notifications, and real-time data.

  • Implement OAuth/JWT authentication, role-based health records access, and encrypted video-consultation logic.

  • Integrate with payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), Shopify, WhatsApp Business API, Engage, and other external platforms.

  • Develop React Native components and screens for our companion mobile app.

  • Optimize queries, implement batching/caching in GraphQL, and ensure code quality through linting, testing, and code reviews.

  • Maintain Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar), and automated deployments to AWS, DigitalOcean, or Vercel.

Skills & Requirements

• MERN Expertise: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• GraphQL Proficiency: Schema design, resolver functions, query/mutation optimization, Apollo or equivalent.
• API Mastery: REST and GraphQL endpoint design, versioning, and documentation (e.g., GraphiQL/Playground).
• Mobile Development: React Native or Flutter experience preferred.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3), Firebase, and CI/CD tools.
• Security Best Practices: OAuth2, JWT, data encryption, and healthcare privacy Considerations

● Experience in Health-Tech

● Exposure to AI/chatbot integrations (ChatGPT API, custom conversational flows).

● Prior work on telemedicine or pharmacy e-commerce platforms.
