For nearly two decades, Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre has been supporting individuals and families across India on their recovery journey. Our presence in Delhi is driven by a simple belief: families in the National Capital Region deserve the same quality of care that has helped over 82,000 individuals across the country.
Our addiction recovery centre in Delhi is located in Naraina, West Delhi, just next to PVR Naraina. It is a dedicated rehabilitation facility offering both residential and outpatient programmes, designed to provide a calm, supportive environment for recovery.
As a substance abuse treatment centre in Delhi, we understand that addiction here is often tied to the city's unique pressures, including demanding government jobs, competitive corporate culture, and a student population far from home. Our structured, comprehensive care brings everything under one roof, so your loved one receives continuous medical and psychological support.
What sets our rehab centre in Delhi apart is the calibre of our clinical team. The centre is led by experienced psychiatrists who are part of the daily clinical team. Psychologists, addiction counsellors, and round-the-clock nursing staff work together collaboratively, so patients receive coordinated care from admission through to discharge.
Our Delhi centre is conveniently located to serve families from across the NCR, including South Delhi, Central Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. For a city where commuting can take hours, this accessibility matters and it means families can stay involved in the recovery process without the strain of long-distance travel.
Not sure where to begin? Call us and we'll help you figure out what your loved one needs.

Looking for a Rehabilitation Centre in Delhi?
If you're searching for a rehabilitation centre in Delhi, you've probably already visited a few centres or heard promises that didn't last. Families here face unique challenges: the pressure of Delhi's high-stakes environment, the fear of being judged for seeking help, the struggle to find psychiatrist-led care close to home, and the simple difficulty of getting across this vast city.
That is where Jagruti comes in. Here is what we do differently.
Treatment Close to Home
Unlike centres that require families to travel hours or even fly to other cities for treatment, our rehabilitation centre in Delhi NCR is located within the city. Your loved one stays close to family, making visits practical and family involvement possible. At the same time, our facility provides a calm environment that feels separate from the pressures of daily life.
Psychiatrist-Led, Evidence-Based Care
Addiction rarely exists in isolation. Many people struggling with substance use also experience other mental health conditions, and treating only the addiction without addressing what lies beneath often leads to relapse. At our addiction treatment centre in Delhi, our clinical team works together to treat both because healing one without the other rarely lasts.
Families Are Part of the Journey
Recovery works best when families stay involved. Weekly family therapy sessions are built into the programme and you receive regular clinical updates. The families are never left wondering how their loved one is progressing.
Complete Confidentiality, Always
Your privacy is fully protected. From the very first call to the final day of treatment, every piece of information is handled with discretion. This is why we are a trusted addiction care centre for families who value their privacy.
Clear Costs Before You Decide
Before admission, our team provides a detailed written breakdown covering room type, treatment duration, medical care, and therapy charges so families know exactly what to expect without any hidden fees or surprises.
Who We Have Already Helped in Delhi
We have supported individuals and families from across Delhi , from South Delhi and Central Delhi to Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. Working professionals, college students, homemakers, retired government employees, and families who carried the burden alone for years before they called.
Our team is here to listen and guide you. You don't need to have everything figured out before you call.

The First 48 Hours at Our Rehabilitation Centre in Delhi
Most people arrive between 10 am and 6 pm, usually brought by a family member. While every admission is different, here is what you can expect.
Day 1, First Two Hours
The admission coordinator and a nurse take basic vitals. The on-call psychiatrist does a brief assessment which is enough to decide if medical detox needs to start immediately. Families are asked to stay during this time, and a simple consent form is signed.
Day 1, Evening
The patient settles into their room and joins the community for dinner. The nursing team checks in again, and any necessary medication is administered under supervision. The psychiatrist reviews the patient's status and confirms the plan for the next day before the night team takes over.
Day 2, Morning
A complete physical and psychiatric assessment is completed by 11 am. Blood work (if needed) is sent to a local lab. The patient meets their primary counsellor for the first time which is a 30-minute conversation. Family members receive a verbal update and a written summary.
Day 2, Afternoon and Evening
The patient joins their first group session (orientation and psychoeducation). Medication is adjusted if withdrawal symptoms appear. By the end of day 2, a personalized treatment plan is shared with the family, including estimated duration, therapy schedule, and family visit days.

Aftercare & Follow-up in Delhi
Completing a residential programme is a major step, but recovery continues long after a patient leaves our de-addiction centre in Delhi. The transition back to daily life, back to the same city, the same triggers, the same pressures, is where many people need the most support. That is why we stay involved.
What Happens After Discharge?
Every patient discharged from our rehab centre in Delhi receives a personalised relapse prevention plan before leaving. This is not a generic document, but is built around their specific triggers, their family situation, and the lifestyle they are returning to. Our team makes follow-up calls at 30, 60, and 90 days post-discharge to check on medication compliance, identify early warning signs, and adjust the plan if needed. Families can reach the same clinical team during this period without having to restart the admission process.
Continued Support in Delhi
Recovery does not end when treatment ends. Patients stepping down from residential care can continue individual therapy and psychiatrist consultations at our best rehab in Delhi NCR on an outpatient basis. This ensures the transition from residential care to daily life is supported at every step.
The Recovery Community in Delhi
Delhi has one of India's most active recovery communities. Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) holds regular meetings across the city and the broader NCR, with gatherings happening throughout the week at various locations.[1] Narcotics Anonymous (NA) also has an active presence in Delhi, with meetings held regularly across the capital.[2]
These free, peer-led groups offer ongoing fellowship and support. Many people in recovery find them essential , not just in the first few months, but for years later as well.
If you are looking for the best rehab in Delhi that stays with you after discharge, our team is here to support you and your family through every stage of recovery.

Why Families in Delhi Seek Private Rehabilitation Support
The Reality of Substance Use in Delhi
Delhi, as the national capital, faces significant substance use challenges. The city's fast-paced, high-stress environment, combined with easy access to alcohol and drugs, means addiction often takes hold long before families seek help.
A STAIRS survey of Delhi school students paints a concerning picture of substance use among young people. Nearly half of the students surveyed, 47%, had experimented with at least one substance, and one in four had tried more than one. The study found that 12% of female students also reported trying at least one substance.[3] The report also highlighted a troubling link between accessibility and experimentation. Students who felt substances were easy to obtain were far more likely to use them. Perhaps most alarming, 9% of students had tried a substance before the age of 10. [3]
Government Resources in Delhi
Delhi has several government-run de-addiction services that provide valuable support, including inpatient and outpatient care for substance use disorders. Complementing these services, Nasha Mukti Kendras (de-addiction centres) provide structured treatment, psychological counselling, rehabilitation, and long-term recovery support for individuals affected by alcohol and drug dependence. [4]
Why Do Families Turn to Private Rehabilitation?
Public healthcare services play an important role in addiction treatment, but residential rehabilitation beds can be limited. Securing a bed at a government facility can take weeks - a wait that most families simply cannot afford. That is why a trusted professional rehabilitation centre in Delhi matters. At Jagruti, we provide immediate admission, medical detox, dual diagnosis treatment, and round-the-clock psychiatric support, without waiting lists.
